We are looking for a proactive and competitive Business Development Manager (0–1 year of relevant experience) to drive client acquisition and business growth in North India. Since we are a small, growing team, this role is hands-on and performance-driven — you’ll generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals, with earnings directly tied to your results.

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across North India.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, email, and social media to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Drive sales, manage your pipeline, and close deals independently.
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and client communication materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract clients.
- Maintain accurate reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles (freshers with internships encouraged).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
