We are looking for a proactive and competitive Business Development Manager (0–1 year of relevant experience) to drive client acquisition and business growth in South India. Since we are a small, growing team, this role is hands-on and performance-driven — you’ll generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals, with earnings directly tied to your results.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across South India.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, email, and social media to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Drive sales, manage your pipeline, and close deals independently.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and client communication materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract clients.
  • Maintain accurate reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles (freshers with internships encouraged).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, competitive, and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • People-oriented, approachable, and confident in client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a small, evolving team.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) is a plus.
